Citrix Cloud has implemented a fix for Workspace Environment Manager. NEW Citrix Sessions should show icons and drive mappings properly. Currently connected sessions will need to log off completely, then log back in to get a fresh session.
We will continue to monitor this issue.

Server At Work is in contact with Citrix engineers who are reporting issues with Citrix Cloud Services. Citrix is investigating the service issue at this time.
For some users, a Citrix service that delivers virtual desktop shortcuts and icons is not functioning. Citrix has been contacted and engineers are working to resolve the interruption.
