Citrix Desktops Not Launching

Fix was instituted about 10:45AM and took some time to propagate.

As of 11:25AM, Citrix Desktops are confirmed launching correctly.

Citrix Desktops are not launching for some clients.

The issue has been investigated and IDENTIFIED. Technicians are currently working to apply a fix.
