At approximately 7:30am CST Citrix many users were unable to launch Citrix desktops and applications due to an issue with a subset of Citrix US DaaS datacenters.

Citrix confirmed the issue and investigation at 8:50am CST and noted they identified the root cause and were applying mitigations.

Citrix marked the issue resolved at 9:27am CST stating the issue is now resolved and all customers should experience normal functionality.

SAW was able to confirm successful logins to Citrix shortly thereafter. No additional root cause statement has been issued by Citrix at this time. Citrix reports there is no expectation of any further issues.
