DNS Filter Degradation
This issue has been resolved by Amazon.
We have identified that the issue is originating with AWS (Amazon Web Services) US-EAST. This is affecting multiple facets of web-based software. We will update this issue when more information is provided by Amazon.
There is currently an issue with our DNS filter, which is causing users to be unable to access websites. We have identified the problem and are working towards a solution.
