At this time, Citrix believes that the issues impacting Citrix Cloud have been fully resolved.

Monitoring

Citrix Engineering has mitigated the issue and is currently monitoring the recovery of the Citrix Cloud service. Most services have returned to normal functionality.

Investigating

Citrix Cloud and Identity services are currently experiencing issues in the US region that would increase latency for both admins and end-users. Citrix is currently investigating the issue.
